Alonzo Clyde Cone, Jr. a Lake Jackson entrepreneur who also had a career with Dow Chemical Co. before establishing the first real estate brokerage firm in the Brazosport area, founded the company in 1957. Clyde has since retired with his wife of over 55 years. His daughter, Chris Crainer, is a teacher for BISD and sons John and Stephen whom are both Real Estate Brokers work at the agency. A third generation member has joined the firm; Brandon Cone came aboard Feb. 2007.
John Cone, the Company's Broker, says "The firm's philosophy carefully blends the art of selling, the science of marketing and the strong development of client relationships." "We hold fast to the belief that it is our responsibility to deliver clients the most innovative realty services available."
The 10 person staff is compromised of 5 experienced sales agents and 5 Brokers. Our Office Administrator specialized in property management & provides full support to the entire firm; as well as her .
